* There’s no charge for the Hostesses treatments

* You will earn a 20% discount, as a booking reward, for every guest at your party who books a party of their own. Booking rewards are redeemable when you attend your guest’s party.
How to Host a Home Spa...aaaaah Party
* Our parties last approximately 4 hours ​(please allow an hr. for setting up & packing up)
* Our therapists will arrive at your door with all the equipment required to provide your pre-selected treatments. They can set up in bedrooms, a dining room, living room or even a kitchen. The treatments will follow a pre-arranged schedule so a couple of guests can go off for their treatments, leaving the rest of the group to enjoy the party. It’s a great excuse to have your friends over, for an evening of catching up, food, wine & topped off with a night of pampering.
* You should state if you, or any Guest/s, have any medical conditions and/or if they are pregnant before booking (or as soon as this information becomes available, if a booking has already been placed). Not all treatment/s will be suitable for Guest/s who are pregnant.
* Guests must be at least 18 years of age. Guests under the age of 18 must have adult supervision.
* We are aware that Spa…aaaaah Parties are social events, however you should take all reasonable endeavours to ensure that Guest/s limit the intake of alcoholic beverages, prior to receiving treatments. The legal limit for driving is a suitable guideline. Therapist/s may refuse treatment to any Host or Guest/s deemed to be behaving inappropriately or under the influence of drugs or alcohol, with no refund.
It is dangerous to carry out treatments on a person who is intoxicated.
* Guests must arrive in time. We will make every effort to accommodate any changes due to lateness but in such an event, we will have no liability for any loss of treatment time.
* We take great care in insuring your privacy, all body treatments are done dressed to your level of comfort. We recommend under garments or a 2 piece bathing suit if you are uncomfortable being nude. Also, participants should bring a robe, if possible.

* It is recommended that you/your guests, shower prior to a body treatment.
​
* Please ensure that pets will be kept away from all products and equipment to prevent accident or injury.

Payment
Payment must be provided in full, with a credit card or check, in order to secure your appointment date. Before securing your appointment date, we will also need to know the party package, the number of people in your party and what treatments each guest would like.

We accept debit cards, MC, Visa, American Express & checks (we must receive the check 2 weeks prior to appointment date). We do not accept cash, but our spa technicians may accept a cash gratuity. Not required!
Cancellations

Cancellations for group events or for an entire spa party must be made 7 days in advance in order to receive a refund (excluding the 20% Deposit). If less than 7 days notice is received, 50% of the total cost of the Party will be refunded.

Once your appointment date has been reserved for your event/spa party, we will be unable to issue a refund for any individual guest cancellations or no-shows.

If the party is cancelled by Dawn’s Spa…aaaaah, a full refund, including the Deposit, will be provided.
